Fatima graduated in 2023 from Blanche MacDonald’s full-time, Professional Hairstyling Program and is so grateful to be able continue her education in Zazou’s Advanced Apprenticeship Program.

In August of 2023, Marissa started her journey in the hair industry at John Casablancas Institute. Since graduating, Marissa is continueing her journey as an Apprentice in Zazou’s Advanced Apprenticeship Program. Marissa is looking forward to learning, and growing to become a great stylist!

Michele is excited to return to the Hair and Beauty Industry after working in the Food Industry for the past 16 years. She completed her cosmetology training at the Raymond’s Hair Academy on Robson, in downtown Vancouver. She is trained in pivot point cutting, and has completed many advanced colour and makeup workshops and seminars.

Michele is currently enrolled in Zazou’s Advanced Academy rebooting her skills and building a clientele in North Vancouver. She can’t wait to cut and colour the world beautiful again.

Michele is loving all of the Davines products. They smell fantastic, and they level hair feeling healthy and looking shiny. The styling products are gems.

Michele lives in North Vancouver with her beloved husband, Ron and their two fur babies – Rosa and Bindi. She loves to walk in the rainforest, ride her bike, play pickleball and watch sports – especially UFC. Shes a foodie, loves music and movies and spending time with family and friends. Michele is a yogi and a current event junkie. Emoji’s are her second language and the isle seat on an airplane is a must.

Michele is a Libra and is rulled by the planet Venus, who’s job it is to bring beauty, love, harmony and fun to the universe.

Mia took cosmetology classes throughout all three years of high school, excelling and finding a passion for hair. She competed in Skills Canada 2023, placing 8th in the province of Alberta for bridal updos. She continues to expand her education by studying hairstyling at Blanche Macdonald then continuing at Zazou’s Academy Program after she graduates.

As a child, Lydia was inspired by her cousin who was a hairstylist to become one herself! As she got older, her ambitions in hair only grew. Lydia is currently at Blanche MacDonald Hair School and is excited to start her hair career at Zazou.

Lydia likes The Shag Texture Paste from EVO. It brings a bit of texture and edge in any hairstyle.

Lydia is an Aries, but you’d never guess it! She is relaxed and reserved yet still has the Aries drive and passion.

Sequoia says that the Heat Protector Spray and Protective Conditioning Fluid from La Biosthetique have really helped her hair to stay healthy while using heat.

Sequoia is very passionate about health and fitness. She loves to practice yoga, and hangout with her dog and husband on her days off.

She is an Aries who brings a cheerful motivated energy, and is known for her passion.
