- If a student is not yet qualified to perform your service we can place you on our waitlist.
- We do our best to begin and finish your service on time, however sometimes we may be running a bit behind schedule. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
- 50% non-refundable deposit required for any colour service booked (Balayage, Colour Correction, Tint Backs and Creative Colours).
- Cancellation Policy: 24 hour cancellation notice required
- All guests receiving academy services must complete the Academy Model Release prior to their appointment
- Prices shown do not include a colour usage charge, which is customised to each guest
