Our students are honing their skills and will require more time than the same service in our retail setting.  Throughout your service the students are guided by our talented team of educators to ensure you get an amazing result.

HOUSEKEEPING NOTES:

  • If a student is not yet qualified to perform your service we can place you on our waitlist.
  • We do our best to begin and finish your service on time, however sometimes we may be running a bit behind schedule. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
  • 50% non-refundable deposit required for any colour service booked (Balayage, Colour Correction, Tint Backs and Creative Colours).
  • Cancellation Policy: 24 hour cancellation notice required
  • All guests receiving academy services must complete the Academy Model Release prior to their appointment

Our academy is a safe space for learning and we thank you for being a part of our students’ growth. We ask you to be open to our learning environment and understand results may vary and your service may take longer than expected.

Come one come all! If you are a Stylist just out of hair school looking to take your training to the next level at Zazou’s Apprentice Program!

Our Apprenticeship Program is broken up in 4 terms with a duration of a minimum of 10 months. Each term includes a class, followed by model time every Monday from 9am - 5pm. Each term can be paid in full or in payback letters which is something that can be discussed further with our educators.

Along with your classes on Mondays, you will get paid in salon experiences and help assist our Stylists and help maintain the salon operations throughout the week.
