In 2024, Green Circle Salons hit an incredible milestone: 1,030,685 pounds of beauty waste kept out of landfills! Thanks to over 16,000 beauty professionals—including our team at Zazou Salon in North Vancouver—we are leading the way in eco-friendly salon practices.
How We Make a Difference
By partnering with Green Circle Salons, we recycle 97% of our salon waste. This includes:
- Hair clippings – used to clean up oil spills and restore ecosystems.
- Foils and color tubes – properly recycled to reduce metal waste.
- Excess hair color – safely processed to prevent water pollution.
