Lucy is an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for customer service and helping every guest have
the best experience! Born and raised in England, she has recently moved to Vancouver to explore new
opportunities and advance her skills in the beauty industry. She gained her Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary
Biosciences at Aberystwyth University in Wales and has a love for learning and developing new skills.

Lucy is a lover of the outdoors and can often be found walking and hiking around Vancouver – usually with a
coffee in hand! Her favourite local hike is the trail to Quarry Rock in Deep Cove. She also loves to cook and
bake, and enjoys finding niche ingredients in local shops. Her favourite movie is ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10
Days’ and has great memories of watching it with her friends at university for girls night!
