Great news! We have a few ways to get your favourite products to you!
As much as we’d love to accommodate product sales in store, since we are currently closed, we are redirecting all product sales and requests to our online store. Not only does this help ensure you don’t need to go out unnecessarily but you can receive the products straight to your house while maintaining social distancing practices. We appreciate your patience with us as we facilitate coordinating requests so it may take up to 10 business days to receive your products. Shipping is $10 with Canada Post!

To purchase products from Zazou follow the steps below!
Step 1: Start shopping!
Step 2: Make your requests by clicking on your desired product and fill in the Product Information and Shipping section on the bottom right of each product (you must make a separate request for each product)
Step 3: Wait for a response from Zazou. We will confirm we’ve received your order and we will contact you for payment over the phone.
Step 4: Once payment is received we will ship the products directly to your house.
Please note. Due to our closure order requests could take up to 10 business days for processing and for shipping. Mail services are reduced and we are processing orders once a week at this time. It may take up to 5 business days to be contacted for payment but we will confirm we have received your order before then.
